Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@hntly.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can arrange a free replacement.
